"3 out of 5" using "For the Record 2 Documented", Septembers Nook kit.

I have been having some fun today with the latest "My Scrapbook Nook" kit that includes papers and chippies from Echo Park and more embellishments from Petaloo and MME. I shared my first lo with the kit two posts back if you would like to see it.

I am still scrapping the photos we took with family on our recent trip to Norway. In this picture you see me with one of my brothers and one of my sisters.
Recently I bought some new border punches and these are the ones I am using a lot nowadays.
This large one is called embroidery and is by Martha Stewart.

I used my sewing machine to add some texture to my embellishments.
I have actually sewn my Echo Park chipboard pieces to the page and that was not at all difficult.
The photo corner in the picture below, is a piece made by Imaginarium Designs.

The title refers to three siblings meeting up. Last year I think we managed to get four of us together and it is always difficult to gather all five of us in one place! Still, when we do meet we still get along very well, which is nice of course!!

The little tags are actually stickers that I backed with cardstock and cut out. I raised them with pop dots for a more layered look. I used a lot of the stickers and chipboard words as embellishments on the page and used them to help frame my photo too, as you can see below.

I added some mulberry flowers too, for a dash of colour and femininity!
I dry brushed my page with gesso to make the KaiserCraft grid black stamp less pronounced.

That is all I have for now.... I wish you a lovely week end (and I also wish the rain would stop!)
Hugs!
