My most favourite layouts for 2012 Part 1...

This time of year it is customary to make a post or two featuring our favourite layout/projects from the passed year. I went through my folder on the computer and actually found quite a few that I was surprisingly happy with. I say this because many times it is so easy for me to only see the flaws in my work and so much more difficult to appreciating the good points! 

So starting from the beginning of the year here are a few of my personal faves. (In no specific order!)

As they were too many for one post I will share some more in a day or two.

Time again for a new reveal at CSI and this way Debbi is offering us a case file with soft pastel hues 

to make any 'shabby heart' sing with joy :..:-) Truly a beautiful combination!

This is the layout that I made for case file # 34:

And this is all the necessary info concerning the present challenge:

 For evidence I used different wet mediums like gesso and paint. I also used water based paint if that counts as 'watercolour',.. :-) I even used birds on my layout. My two flying birds were made by 'Dusty Attic'. I gave them a lick of paint and spruced them up a bit with ink and a promarker.

My testimony is to use the five W's.

Friday until almost eight o'clock and today until a short while ago I was at a local fair/market where we had a stall. As I got home I had time for a sandwich before two little visitors arrived. I am baby sitting the girls' youngest cousins who are almost one and six years old. So I guess my evening will be pretty busy too, and tomorrow aswell until the little darlings are picked up. 

At the moment Victoria and Beatrice are looking after them for a little while. 

I will have to keep this post short and sweet!
